About

The CBID summer school is for students, researchers and professionals working on infectious diseases and wishing to acquire knowledge and practice in quantitative analyses or, on the contrary, working in modeling sciences (mathematics, informatics) and wishing to acquire knowledge in health sciences applications. The school is organized in 5 parallel thematic groups of 15-20 students covering the following topics:

  • Molecular phylogenetics
  • (Meta)genomics
  • Population genetics
  • Transmission dynamics
  • Epidemics forecasting
