The course is structured as a 3-day intensive workshop focusing on the integration of
diverse Bioinformatics Analysis methods (such as Bacterial Genome Analysis,
Metagenomics, GWAS, RNA-seq) and Agentic AI.

- Agentic AI in Bioinformatics : Implementing AI for
analysis, visualization,
and interpretation.

- Group Assignment: Participants divide into 5 groups to solve
specific diverse Bioinformatics case studies.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Intensive group work with TAs and Tutors to
build AI-driven solutions.
