The ICISE campus, far removed from city distractions, is nestled between picturesque mountains and the sea. It was established with the goal of advancing science and education by bringing together scientists from around the world. ICISE is also committed to nurturing the next generation of scientists by actively supporting the involvement of young researchers and students.

SFI 2026 is part of a distinguished series of scientific meetings and events organised by the Rencontres du Vietnam, a non-profit organization founded in 1993 by Professor Jean Tran Thanh Van to extend the legacy of the Rencontres de Moriond (est. 1966) and Rencontres de Blois (est. 1989) to Vietnam. Rencontres du Vietnam, an official partner of UNESCO since 2012, is dedicated to promoting scientific and educational exchanges between Vietnam and the international community. Through conferences like SFI 2026, Rencontres du Vietnam serves as a bridge between Vietnam and the international scientific community, enabling scholars to exchange ideas and form lasting collaborations.
