Accommodation
Accommodation will be in the four star Seagull Hotel in Quy Nhon: it is guaranteed if your registration is made before June 15th, 2015. After this date, if the Seagull hotel is full, you will be accommodated in an equivalent neighbouring hotel.
All sessions will be held in the new ICISE conference center, 10 minutes taxi (or one hour walk) away from the hotel (you can visualise it on this map). Daily bus transfer (morning and end afternoon) will be provided by the conference organization.
Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday July 26th, and will leave on Saturday August 1st in the morning.
Breakfast and dinner will be served in the hotel for all participants, while lunch will be served on the ICISE conference site.The cost per person (full board for 6 days) will amount to $285 US for a double room and $410 US for a single room.
Meals will include mineral water, but other beverages such as alcohol, soft drinks, coffee and tea will be available upon request for an extra fee added to your hotel account.
Payment for board and lodging should be done at your arrival directly to the secretariat either by cash in US dollars, or with your credit card (the latter will incur a small supplement). Advance payment can only be made by bank transfer. Details are as follows :

Important Note: Please note that the total cost for lodging and meals is fixed for the whole duration of the meeting, i.e. from Sunday noon, July 26th to Friday afternoon July 31st and cannot be reduced for partial attendance, late arrival or early departure. However, if you intend to arrive before Sunday, July 26th and leave after Saturday, August 1st, please let us know in advance so that we can make the appropriate hotel reservation for you and the extra room charges will apply: contact rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com
Please also note that the check-in time is at noon. If you arrive early in the morning, it is possible to ask your room available immediately with an extra fee. In this case, please send us the request so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.
