The registration fee includes:

A special program for the accompanying members will be organised.
Some limited accommodation funds may be available for any PhD students. The application form for financial support should be filled in (including a short resume) and submitted before April 15th [any student may apply, ignore the comment at the head of the form]. Additionally, a letter of recommendation should be sent to:

Accommodation
The cost per person (full board for 6 days) will amount to 285 USD for a double room and 410 USD for a single room.

by interbank transfer; in that case, depending on whether you are sending the fee in euros or in dollars, you should transfer the fee to one of the following banks.
The transfer should indicate clearly your name to identify the payee. Please inform the conference secretariat by fax or email that the transfer has been done. You should obtain proof of payment and hand it to the conference secretariat at the conference site. It will take at least four (4) weeks for our account to be credited, so please have the transfer made before May 21st, 2016.
