Registration will start on Sunday July 17th in the afternoon.
The opening session is scheduled to take place on Monday July 18th at 8:30;
the school will end on Friday July 29th at 11h.
Session hours are 8:00 - 11:30 and 13:00 - 16:30
All school sessions will be held in the ICISE conference Center.
The following equipment will be available:
- video projector for computer presentations
- overhead projector
- internet access will be available at the school site and at the hotel.
A wireless hub is installed and covers the whole conference building
Accommodation in the four star Seagull Hotel in Quy Nhon is guaranteed if your registration is made before June 1st. After this date, if the Seagull hotel is full, you will be accommodated in a neighbouring hotel.
All sessions will be held in the ICISE conference center, 10 minutes taxi (or one hour walk) away from the hotel. (you can visualise it on this map). Daily bus transfer (morning and end afternoon) will be provided by the conference organization.
Participants will be expected to arrive on Sunday July 17th, and will leave on Friday July 29th in the afternoon.
Breakfast and dinner will be served in the hotel for all participants. Lunch will be served at ICISE.

Important Note:
Hotel reservations are made for the whole duration of the
meeting, i.e. from Sunday noon, July 17th to Friday
morning July 29th. Please note that
the total cost of the meeting cannot be reduced even in case
of partial attendance.

TRAVEL
There are two main international airports in Vietnam :
Hanoi (Noi Bai airport : HAN)
and
Ho Chi Minh
(Tan Son Nhut airport : SGN).
As there more flights from Ho Chi Minh to Quy nhon,
it is more convenient to fly from foreign countries
to Ho Chi Minh than to Hanoi.

In order to welcome you and organize your transfert from
Quy Nhon airport to the conference hotel, please

of your flight number as well as the date and the arrival time
in Quy nhon.
Conference buses will be available at Quy Nhon airport
on Sunday August 21 (morning and afternoon flights) and
Monday August 22 (morning flights).

IMMIGRATION
We list here some rules as they applied in summer 2015: we will strive to update these informations regularly, but you should make sure they indeed apply to august 2016 before traveling.
All participants do require a visa to visit Vietnam, except for few exemptions listed below.
Vietnam Visa exemption is granted to holders of a passport from:
- Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos for visits of 30 days at the maximum.
- Philippines for visits of 21 days at the maximum.
- Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Norway,
Denmark, Russia and Finland for visits of
15 days at the maximum.
At the end of June 2015, 5 more countries have been added to this list: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom. On July 1st, 2016, this exemption has been extended until end of June 2017.
- please apply for a tourist visa and get it at your nearest vietnamese consulate
- you may apply for a tourist visa through the Internet

Please note that if you and/or a guest wish to organize a
special tour, a tour operator at the hotel can help you.
Several post-conference Tours will be proposed for participants: a feeling of these can be seen on this web site.
It will also be possible to have a short (1-2 days) tour either before or after the conference. However, this will have to be arranged directly by the participant through a local travel agency. We will provide the link for a local travel agent in the near future.
