As of now, travellers from other countries to Vietnam do not need to take neither the PCR nor antigen test.
Masks are recommended but not required in public gathering or public spaces.
PCR and antigen tests are available and easy to find everywhere. On the last day of the conference (Friday), we will arrange a nurse who will take the PCR test samples and send them to the lab to ensure that participants will have a report before their departure from Quy Nhon.

Registration will start on Sunday August 21th at 17:00.
The opening session is scheduled to take place on Monday August 22th at 8:30.
The conference will end on Friday August 26th evening.
All participants do require a VISA to visit Vietnam, except for few exemptions listed below.

Apply for a TOURIST VISA, you may use the official website to get the E-visa or one of the VISA on arrival links below. The time of processing is only 3 to 4 working days to get it. You just print out the approved E-visa and present it (along with 2 passport photos and $25 in cash) at the service desk immediately before going through immigration.
If you plan to stay Vietnam longer than a month, please either go to your nearest Vietnamese consulate or through the Internet (you will have to retrieve it on your arrival) at following websites:
This internet visa procedure is cheaper but it does take some time (~ 60 min) at the airport immigration office, depending on the queue. Do not forget to have with you 2 passport photos and USD in cash as required by the internet visa service.
There are two main international airports in Vietnam : Hanoi (Noi Bai airport : HAN) and Ho Chi Minh (Tan Son Nhut airport : SGN).
As there more flights from Ho Chi Minh to Quy nhon, it is more convenient to fly from foreign countries to Ho Chi Minh than to Hanoi.

It will also be possible to have a short (1-2 days) tour either before or after the conference. However, this will have to be arranged directly by the participant through a local travel agency. We will provide the link for a local travel agent in the near future.
