Form of supporting for the VSOB-2

• Sponsorship in the form of Cash
• Sponsoring the printing of the workshop proceedings.
• Sponsoring the reception and lunches for delegates
• Sponsoring refreshment for break such as drinking water, coffee, tea and confectionery.
• Sponsoring bags or briefcases, books and pens, name cards with logos of the Conference and the sponsoring companies.

All sponsors of the workshop will have the Company/Department logos in the workshop invitation letter and on the large banner in the main hall with the size and position based on the sponsorship level.

All sponsors of the workshop will need to submit product brochure and scientific report to the Conference Organizing Committee before November 15, 2023. Participants and sponsors need to prepare their own products and advertising posters. The Organizing Committee recommends that the sponsors provide the list of delegates for the Organizers to send invitations on time.
