The registration will only be valid upon the receipt of the full payment by the organizing secretariat office according to the deadline indicated. The confirmation of the registration will be sent only after the reception of the correct amount in the indicated bank.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be electronically mailed (medplants.icise@gmail.com)

• Cancellations received before 16/3/2024: full refund (minus handling fee)
• Cancellation received between 17/3/2024 and 31/3/2024: 50% refund
• After 31/3/2024: No refund

Bursary application deadline is: Jan 15, 2024

The MPNP2024 bursary conference fund will provide some financial support facilitating the participation in-person of postgraduate students (Master/Ph.D) and early career scientists (under 40, below 7 years after getting Ph.D degree) from nations in war or conflicts and the less developing or emerging countries*. Bursaries will be allocated at the discretion of organizing committee and may be for only part of the expected costs:

• Registration fee
• Accommodation in a hotel specified by the organizer that will be confirmed at the same time as the bursary award
• And for those selected for oral presentation, a portion of travel costs (e.g. economy airfare)

Each applicant must submit by email to medplants.icise@gmail.com , ONE single PDF (the file name must be your :last name _first name”) file including:

• a curriculum vita (one page)
• a letter of motivation (one page)
• the abstract(s) submitted for poster and/or oral communication indicating the parallel session.
