Registration

Applicant eligibility:

All participants are required to have: 

• Strong background in physics
• Fluent English
• Basic knowledge of linux and a laptop with linux OS pre-installed

Fees and Fund:

There is no registration fee. Limited funds for accommodation and local travel are available for both Vietnamese participants and participants from Asian developing countries.

Registration form:

Registration form can be downloaded here. You need to send your registration form along with your recommendation letter from your research advisor (the recommendation letter form can be downloaded here). The form should be sent to the secretary's email address (Mr. Pham Ngoc Diep: pndiep@vnsc.org.vn).

Important dates:

Deadline for registration form and recommendation letter: June 17th, 2024 

List of accepted participants being announced: June 25th, 2024
