In order to enhance the scientific and human interactions and exchanges between the participants in the spirit of the "Rencontres", the ICISE center propose the following package for hotel and meals with two possibilities of accommodation in a four star hotel: the Seagull Hotel and the ANYA hotel

The package include:

  • Rooms (5 nights) at either Hotel Seagull or Hotel ANYA in single or shared room with breakfast;
  • Buffet Lunch (5) at the ICISE center;
  • Dinners (4) in various typical restaurants:
    • Sunday 21 evening: Seagull Welcome Cocktail and dinner at Seagull Hotel
    • Monday 22 evening: Seafood restaurant in town
    • Tuesday 23 evening: Special Dinner at ICISE
    • Wednesday 24 evening: Restaurant in town with vietnamese specialities
  • Transport from hotel Seagull to Restaurants and return.

Payment for board and lodging should be done online with Vietnamese currency VND on this site. The exchange rate is fixed to be 1 USD = 24 500 VND

Important Note:

  • Hotel reservations are made for the whole duration of the meeting, i.e. from Sunday noon, April 21 to Friday morning April 26. Please note that the total cost of the meeting cannot be reduced even in case of partial attendance.
  • If you intend to arrive before Sunday April 21 or leave after Friday April 26, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com
  • Please note also that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.

Hotel Notice

  • Only non-smoking rooms are available.
  • Children under 6 years old are free to accompany you and will not be charged as an individual person for the room (for example you and your under 6 years old child can stay in a single room or a double room with another person).
  • Children from 6 years old and above are charged at normal rate.

Payment method

All the payments must be paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND)

You can choose between two method of payment:

1. Transfer all of the price by online secure payment (scroll down or click here)

2. Pay at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center: Transfer 3 600 000 VND (150 USD) room reservation fee by online payment and the rest can be paid at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center.


Cancellation and refund of the hotel reservation

For those who have made their hotel reservation before February 1st, 2023, and paid via online payment, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

For those who have made their hotel reservation after February 1st, 2023:

  • If you have already paid the full price, you will be refunded 80% of the initial payment.
  • If you have only paid 150USD room reserved fee, you will not receive any refund.
  • If you want to cancel the room or refund, please contact: rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com

Payment

All payments should be processed online through Onepay directly to ICISE, not the hotel or any third party. Please fill in the necessary fields, including the payment amount (in Vietnamese Dong), and proceed with the payment in the final section of this website. Once you have made a successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email from onepay.vn.

Please note that reservations and contact with the hotel are exclusively made by either the secretariat of the Rencontres du Vietnam or the secretariat of ICISE. You will never be contacted or called directly by the hotel or any other organization (please be aware that, there have been a few cases of attempted scams in the past).
