Information:

Participants will be expected to arrive on Sunday March 8th, and will leave on Thursday March 12th in the afternoon.

Payment for board and lodging should be done online with Vietnamese currency VND on this site. The exchange rate is fixed to be 1 USD = 26 100 VND

Daily bus to ICISE also pick up/drop off at Seagull Hotel for all participants.

Important Note:

  • If you intend to arrive before Sunday March 8 or leave after Thursday March 12, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact Ms. Loi: loinguyen.iciseqn@gmail.com
  • Please note also that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.

Hotel Notice

  • Only non-smoking rooms are available.
  • Children under 6 years old are free to accompany you and will not be charged as an individual person for the room (for example you and your under 6 years old child can stay in a single room or a double room with another person).
  • Children from 6 years old and above are charged at normal rate.

Payment method

All the payments must be paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND)

You can choose between two method of payment:

1. Transfer all of the price by online secure payment (scroll down or click here)

2. Pay at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center: Transfer 1 696 500 VND (65 USD) room reservation fee by online payment and the rest can be paid at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center.

Cancellation and refund of the hotel reservation

For those who have made their hotel reservation before February 15th, 2026, and paid via online payment, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

For those who have made their hotel reservation after February 15th, 2026:

  • If you have already paid the full price, you will be refunded 80% of the initial payment.
  • If you have only paid room reserved fee, you will not receive any refund.
  • If you want to cancel the room or refund, please contact Ms. Loi: loinguyen.iciseqn@gmail.com
