Registration fee

Registration fee includes

• A copy of the proceedings for the participants.
• Pick-up service from/to Quy Nhon Airport on Monday June 29 and Friday July 3. (provide your flight information here !)
• Social activities and Banquet.

Important notes:

• Accompanying person can be included in the same form—no separate registration is required.
• Submitting the form does not require payment. Fees must be paid separately following the instructions in the “Payment Method” section below.

Payment Method

After submitting the registration form, please proceed with registration payment using one of the options below.

• Online (recommended) : Follow this link to access the Rencontres du Vietnam payment portal.
• Bank transfer : Request bank details by emailing the conference secretariat (Ms. Thao Do) at rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com . Please include your full name in the transfer reference and notify the secretariat once the payment is completed. Processing may take up to 4 weeks, so transfers should be made before May 29th, 2026.
• On-site payment : Payment can be made in cash at the conference venue.

Please keep your proof of payment and present it on-site to access the conference.

Your payment should include your registration fee and any companion fees, as outlined in the Registration Fee section.

Important : This payment covers registration only and does not include hotel costs. If you opted for a hotel reservation in your registration form, the hotel payment must be made separately via a different platform. Please refer to the Hotel section for details.
