Registration form:

Registration form can be downloaded here. The form should be filled in and sent to the secretary's email address (see below) by 20/06/2014.

Attention: No registration will be considered after the deadlines.

Fees and Fund:

There is no registration fees.

Some limited funds for accomodation and local travel may be available for students from Vietnam and other Asian developing countries. For those who need financial support, you should send your registration form and arrange for a recommendation letter from your research advisor (the recommendation letter form can be downloaded here) to be sent to us by 20/06/2014.

All participants are required to have strong background in astrophysics and fluent English. Financial assistance recipients will be notified by email by 10/07/2014.

The list of participants selected for the workshop will be posted by 10/07/2014.
