MGB2023 Registration includes the following conference benefits:

• Provide participants with the opportunity of sharing their areas of expertise and interests to foster long term collaborative relationships and networking opportunities
• Abstract book, program and congress-related material will be provided
• All extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be available as an open access, online-only special issue of Agrica Journal
• Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners are included for the conference December 7-8 along with gala dinner the evening of December 8

Confirmation of registration

The registration will only be valid upon the receipt of the full payment by the organizing secretariat office according to the deadline indicated. The confirmation of the registration will be sent only after the reception of the correct amount in the indicated bank

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be electronically mailed (mgbsymposium.icise@gmail.com)

• Cancellations received before November 7, 2023: full refund (minus handling fee)
• Cancellation received between November 7, 2023 and November 30, 2023: 50% refund
• After November 30, 2023: No refund

MGB2023 bursaries

Bursary application deadline is: November 7, 2023

The MGB2023 bursary workshop fund will provide some financial support facilitating the participation in-person of postgraduate students (Master/Ph.D) and early career scientists (under 40, below 7 years after getting Ph.D degree) from nations in war or conflicts and the less developing or emerging countries*. Bursaries will be allocated at the discretion of organizing committee and may be for only part of the expected costs:

• Workshop registration fee
• Accommodation in a hotel specified by the organizer that will be confirmed at the same time as the bursary award
• And for those selected for oral presentation, a portion of travel costs (e.g. economy airfare)

Each applicant must submit by email to mgbsymposium.icise@gmail.com , ONE single PDF (the file name must be your :last name _first name”) file including:

• a curriculum vita (one page)
• a letter of motivation (one page)
• the abstract(s) submitted for poster and/or oral communication
