Registration Fees

Note: for participants from countries where electronic payment is not possible, registration fee could be paid in Vietnam Dong at the Registration Desk on 18 and 19 February 2023.

What is Included

The Registration fee includes:
i) Transportation will be provided from Phu Cat airport to Quy Nhon hotels and ICISE on Saturday 18 February 2023, and back from city to airport on late afternoon or evening of 23 February, or morning of 24 February 2023.
ii) Shuttle will also be provided from Quy Nhon city center to ICISE from Sunday 19 February through Thursday 23 February 2023, one in the morning, one in the evening.
iii) Participation in the opening reception of Saturday 18/2/2023 evening, and the banquet on Wednesday 22/2 evening.
iv) Twice daily coffee breaks served on Sunday 19/2 through Thursday 23/2/2023.
v) Lunches at the meeting site on Sunday 19/2 through Thursday 23/2/2023.
vi) Excursion in the afternoon of Tuesday 21/2/2023 (most probably visiting Gành Đá Đĩa in Phú Yên province (Đá Đĩa Reef).

Financial support

Reduced rate and limited travel support will be available for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and early career scientists from Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
