We offered you a package of accommodation at Seagull Hotel (4-star)

Participants will be expected to arrive on Sunday February 1st, and will leave on Tuesday February 3rd in the afternoon.

The package include:

  • Rooms (2 nights) at Seagull Hotel (489 An Duong Vuong street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai province, Vietnam);
  • Buffet breakfast (2) at Hotel;
  • Taxi/bus pick up from and to Phu Cat Airport.

Daily bus to ICISE also pick up/drop off at Seagull Hotel for all participants.

Payment for board and lodging should be done online with Vietnamese currency VND on this site. The exchange rate is fixed to be 1 USD = 26 000 VND

Important Note:

  • Hotel reservations are made for the whole duration of the meeting, i.e. from Monday noon, February 1 to Friday morning February 3. Please note that the total cost of the meeting cannot be reduced even in case of partial attendance.
  • If you intend to arrive before Monday February 1 or leave after Friday February 3, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact Ms. Loi: loinguyen.iciseqn@gmail.com
  • Please note also that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.

Hotel Notice

  • Only non-smoking rooms are available.
  • Children under 6 years old are free to accompany you and will not be charged as an individual person for the room (for example you and your under 6 years old child can stay in a single room or a double room with another person).
  • Children from 6 years old and above are charged at normal rate.

Payment method

All the payments must be paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND)

You can choose between two method of payment:

1. Transfer all of the price by online secure payment (scroll down or click here)

2. Pay at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center: Transfer 1 560 000 VND (60 USD) room reservation fee by online payment and the rest can be paid at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center.


Cancellation and refund of the hotel reservation

For those who have made their hotel reservation before January 10th, 2025, and paid via online payment, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

For those who have made their hotel reservation after January 10th, 2025:

  • If you have already paid the full price, you will be refunded 80% of the initial payment.
  • If you have only paid room reserved fee, you will not receive any refund.
  • If you want to cancel the room or refund, please contact Ms. Loi: loinguyen.iciseqn@gmail.com

You will never be contacted or called directly by the hotel or any other organization (please be aware that, there have been a few cases of attempted scams in the past).
