The conference’s content will focus on the latest breakthroughs in the genome editing field and the applications of agriculture, especially in addressing climate change challenges.
Prof. David Jackson (Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Cold Spring Harbor, USA) and Dr. Do Tien Phat (Institute of Biotechnology, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam) gave the speech at the opening conference. The first section had 3 main keynotes presented by Dr. Masaki Endo (Institute of Agrobiological Sciences, Japan) with the topic “Genome editing to improve crop quality and production”; Dr. Ellie Taagen (Bayer, USA) with the topic “Technical strategy development for plant biotechnology and genome editing”.
The conference will continue to take place for 2 days from April 11-12, 2024 with nearly 100 attendees from 12 countries and territories.
