On the morning of June 10, 2024, the “Soft Matter, Fluids, and Interfaces” conference officially opened with nearly 80 scientists, and researchers from 20 countries and territories.

The conference was organized by Rencontres du Vietnam, ICISE Centre, and the international organizing committee. The event brought together renowned speakers from across the world, such as Prof. Detlef Lohse, University of Twente, Netherlands; Prof. Gerald Fuller, Stanford University, US; etc.

With nearly 80 reports at the plenary session and parallel sessions, the conference will focus on recent advances in the following topics: Active, Biological, and Living Matter; Self-assembly; Granular Materials; Multiphase and Complex Flows; Interfaces; and Nano-Microscale Surface Modifications.
