South East Asian training workshop on Scientific information & Team management

Dates: Between November 18 and 22, 2019
Workshop main language: English
Audience: 10-15 people from Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia. The majority of the participants have a link with IRD capacity building programs (such as JEAI and LMI, SEP2D, etc.). (See detailed CVs on the Part icipants part)
Sessions:
1. A time to know “the others”,
2. Bibliography management
This session specifically aims to strengthen the skills of students and researchers on the environment of the scient ific publicat ion: research strategy, select ion of sources, tools for managing bibliographic references (for instance with the Open source software ZOTERO).
3. Team management
Several aspects can be treated, and the program might be adapted during the session, but here are some aspects should be seen:
A. Understanding the not ion of management and developing its personal impact
B. Posit ively manage the individual relat ionship with the agents
C. Leading the “collective”.
