will focus on what is also called astroparticle physics. This meeting will be organized in Quy Nhon on a regular basis every 4 years, alternating with the Rencontres de Moriond meeting on the same subject. The conference will consist of plenary sessions for invited indepth oral presentations (review talks and talks on specific specialised topics), and contributed papers, in the form of relatively short oral papers. Special emphasis will be placed on active participation by younger researchers and post-docs.This will be the 14th meeting in this series of topical international multidisciplinary meetings, created by Jean Trân Thanh Vân and which has in the past covered many topics in physics, astronomy and biology. All sessions take place in the newly created International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and education, in the university town of Quy Nhon, in Vietnam. Lunchs are served in the center to all participants, in order to enhance interaction between scientists at all levels.Links to other recent meetings in this series may be found at http://vietnam.in2p3.frThe detailed scientific programme is currently under construction; if you urgently need information which is currently not available on this site, you may contact Gérard Fontaine, at the email address: fontaine@admin.in2p3.frThis site will be updated regularly, as new information becomes available.
