Hotel Reservation Form for “Neutrino Workshop at IFIRSE”

Please read this and give your information on the form below.

Hotel Accommodation at 4-star Hotel (Seagull hotel) including room, breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Important Note:

+ If you intend to arrive before Sunday, July 16th or leave after Wednesday, July 19th, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com

+ Please note also that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.

Hotel Notice

+ Only non-smoking rooms are available.

+ Children under 6 years old are free to accompany you and will not be charged as an individual person for the room.

+ Children from 6 years old and above are charged at the normal rate.

Payment

All the payments must be paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND)

1. Transfer all of the prices by online secure payment (scroll down or click here)

2. Pay at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center: Transfer 3 600 000 VND (150 USD) room reserved fee by online payment and the rest can be paid at arrival in Quy Nhon at the conference center.

Cancellation and refund

For those who registered before June 15th, 2023, and paid via online payment, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

For those who register after June 15th, 2023:

+ If you have already paid the full price, you will be refunded 80% of the initial payment.

+ If you have only paid 150USD room reserved fee, you will not receive any refund.

+ If you want to cancel the room or refund, please contact: rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com
