To continue to Scientific Conferences annually hold at International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education from 2013. Rencontres du Vietnam continues in collaboration with International Scientific Organization holds “Topological Quantum Electrons Interacting In-person”. This international conference, which has particular significance of “ the 18th Rencontres du Vietnam” in 2022, is approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations as the first scientific event worldwide to welcome International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development in January 2022; UNESCO is official announced on 8th July 2022. Professor Jean Tran Thanh Van is the President of Recontres du Viet Nam, co-chairman of the conference, and one of the authors who submited the resolution 2022 as the International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development to the Gerenal Assembly of United Nations In this conference, Professor Duncan Haldane, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics 2016 and a professor of Princeton University in the USA , is welcomed in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. This is the 16th Nobel Prize Scientists to visit Quy Nhon for International Scientific Conference in ICISE from 2013 until now. The organizing committee also respectfully welcome Professor Dam Thanh Son, who was awarded Dirac Metal 2018. The opening ceremony was attended of Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc – the Deputy head of Departemnt of the Interior Affairs, Dr. Bui The Duy – Deputy Minister of Science and Technology of Viet Nam, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province, representatives of city departments, various sectors and agencies, 74 scientists from 18 countries and 85 teachers and students from 5 specialized high school in Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Phu Yen After the opening session, “The torch of Knowledge” of the first time worldwide celebrates International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development 2022.
