Summary:

This Conference will discuss the theoretical areas that are today the limiting factors for performing precise experimental measurements at LHC and at future colliders.

*Cross-section computations for Higgs production modes
*ElectroWeak parameters evaluation
*Estimation of top-quark and W-boson mass
*Parton density functions
*Parameters for Heavy flavours
*Rare modes and BSM

The core of the Conference will be driven by theoretical discussions with a substantial fraction dedicated to experimental results on the corresponding topics.

The Programme is built mainly in Plenary sessions with an afternoon devoted to parallel sessions.
